The Bihar Government recently organized the grand “Kalyaneshwar Mahotsav” at the historic Kalyaneshwar Mahadev Temple to promote religious tourism and highlight the cultural importance of the temple. The festival was inaugurated during Mahashivratri celebrations in the presence of state tourism officials, saints, and thousands of devotees. Special pujas, devotional music programs, cultural performances, and Maha Aarti ceremonies were conducted throughout the event.
The temple, which is associated with the famous spiritual figure Kalna Baba, attracted devotees from Bihar, Nepal, and nearby regions during the celebrations. Officials stated that the Mahotsav is part of Bihar’s broader plan to develop important religious sites and strengthen spiritual tourism across the state.
